If you watch makeup tutorials on YouTube you probably already know make-up artist and vlogger Samantha Chapman, but for those who don't know her, she is one of the sisters known on YouTube as Pixiwoo.
They have lot of tutorials about makeup and loooots of fans. Sam and Nicola Chapman developed a line of makeup brushes named Real Techniques, my stippling brush being part of their brush line. Oh, and I should mention it's one of their best sellers!

Impreuna fac o multitudine de tutoriale despre machiaj si au o multime de fani/fane. Sam si Nicola Chapman au dezvoltat o gama de pensule de machiaj numite Real Techniques, iar pensula mea de stippling este una dintre ele. Ar trebui sa mentionez si faptul ca este un best seller!

Real Techniques Stippling Brush tacklon bristles

Like all their brushes, the Real Techniques Stippling Brush has soft synthetic bristles made of tacklon, being hand-cut and cruelty-free. Handle is made of bright pink aluminium with a rubber end, which makes it very lightweight and easy to use, however mine bent a little at the base of the bristles… I don't know how this happened. The flat bottom makes it ideal for upright storage.

Real Techniques Stippling Brush, la fel ca toate celelalte pensule din aceasta gama, este confectionata din peri sintetici foarte fini de tacklon, taiati manual. Manerul roz este din aluminiu, iar capatul este din guma, acestea contribuind la greutatea redusa si usurinta in folosire, totusi al meu s-a indoit putin la baza firelor de par … nu stiu cum s-a intamplat lucrul asta. Capatul din guma este turtit, depozitarea ideal fiind in picioare (adica stand in coada, ca sa zic asa:D )

Real Techniques Stippling Brush

It is a multi-purpose brush, being used for applying liquid/cream/powder foundations, cream/powder blushes, cream/powder highlighters and face powder for setting the makeup. 

Este o pensula ce poate fi folosita pentru aplicarea multor tipuri de fard: fond de ten lichid/crema/pudra, fard de obraz crema/pudra, iluminator crema/pudra, precum si pudra de fata pentru fixarea machiajului.

I use it mainly with my liquid foundation - Revlon Nearly Naked - but also use it for applying my cream blush. I haven't tried to use it for contouring, but I'm positive it would do a good job because it's not so large. Being smaller than other stippling brushes can be a downside when applying foundation but as far as I am concerned, I am not bothered by this because I use circular motions, not stippling.

O folosesc in special la aplicarea fondul de ten lichid – Revlon Nearly Naked – dar si a fardului de obraz crema. Pentru conturarea fetei nu am incercat-o, dar sunt sigura ca ar fi potrivita fiindca nu este foarte mare. Faptul ca este mai mica decat alte pensule de stippling poate fi un dezavantaj pentru unele persoane care doresc sa o foloseasca pentru aplicarea fondului de ten pe fata, dar personal nu consider ca este greu de lucrat cu ea, fiindca aplic cu miscari circulare, nu prin stippling/presare.

I really like it cause it gives me a flawless natural look without streaks, if I don't apply too much product by mistake of course... The result is better and more natural than applying the foundation with my fingers. I put a small amount of foundation on the back of my hand, press the brush onto my hand, then apply and blend, blend, blend it with very light circular motions on my face for a perfect look. If you have dry skin patches, exfoliate first cause no matter how good the brush or the foundation are, the foundation will still look unnatural. 

Eu sunt incantata de ea fiindca pot aplica perfect fondul de ten, fara urme, asta in caz ca nu aplic din greseala prea mult produs, bine-nteles...Prefer rezultatul final dat de pensula de stippling decat rezultatul obtinut in urma aplicarii cu mana. Pun o cantitate mica de fond de ten pe dosul palmei, presez perii pensulei pe mana sa o impregnez cu produs, apoi aplic pe fata prin miscari circulare, pana obtin un rezultat perfect. Daca aveti zone cu piele foarte uscata, intai exfoliati fiindca, indiferent cat este de buna pensula, machiajul tot va arata urat.

For this review, I used: 
- on the right side of my face: Vichy Dermablend Stick Foundation (shade Opal) and Clinique Powder Blush.
- on the left part of my face: Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation (shade Shell) and MAC Cremeblend (shade Something Special). 
Vichy Dermablend was a little harder to apply comapred to Revlon Nearly Naked.

Pentru review-ul acesta am folosit:  
- pe partea dreapta a fetei: fond de ten crema Vichy Dermablend Stick (nuanta Opal) si fard pudra Clinique.
- pe partea stanga a fetei: fond de ten Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation (nuanta Shell) si fard-crema de obraz MAC Cremeblend (nuanta Something Special). 
Vichy Dermablend Stick a fost putin mai greu de aplicat, spre deosebire de Revlon Nearly Naked.

Daca vreti sa vedeti cum se foloseste pensula, puteti sa cautati pe YouTube 'Stippling brush tutorial'-ul Samanthei Chapman.

I like to clean the Real Techniques with Sephora Daily Makeup Brush Cleaner because the bristle dry so quickly, but sometimes I clean it with a mix of shampoo and water and I must say I've never noticed any shedding.

In ceea ce priveste curatarea pensulei, imi place sa folosesc produsul de curatare Sephora Daily Makeup Brush Cleaner pentru ca perii pensulei se usuca foarte repede, dar obisnuiesc sa o mai spal si cu un amestec de apa si sampon si, pana acum, nu am observat sa-i cada vreun fir de par.
